Does anyone know what the best thing is for lowering high blood pressure without medication please?

I've been suffering for a while with this, but I don't want to go to my doctor yet as it isn't greatly worrying me. However, I would like to try something to help myself first. So, if anyone has any miracle cures, or even if you could just help me a little, I'd be sooooooooo grateful!

That would be a big help, babe. I really don't want to go to my doctor yet, not if there's some herbal remedy or something else I can do to get it down myself. It's not greatly high, but it is high enough for me to notice and it stays high most of the day.
Don't worry if your mum can't help, I do understand I might need to go to my doctor at some point. But thanks for taking notice, babe. Very Happy
