Holidays/Vacations....

Where do you usually go on holiday/vacations, if you go somewhere specific?
What do you get up to when you're away?
Where would your dream location be and why?

I have never been abroad, I'm too bloody expensive to pay for when it comes to health insurance.
I usually stick to Croyde Bay, North Devon, England, which is a seaside resort with tons of activities for adults and children of all ages and status.
I would love to go to China because I want to see all the historic monuments, but until there is a cure for tight-fistedness, I doubt I'll get there in this lifetime.

I tend to go to the USA every year. My uncle lives there so we like to visit him and he had an awesome house (complete with swimming pool and hotub) but he sold it when he got engaged. So now his got a new house on Ohio which I'm looking forward to seeing sometime next year!

My family also LOVE the Lake District ('m getting 5 weeks of holiday there this year) so I go up there a lot.

I only really go on vacation to visit people. Twice to Indiana to visit my Stepdad's family, once to Calgary/Nanaimo/Saskatoon to visit my Mom's family, a few times to Vancouver Island to visit my Dad's family, once to Hornby Island to visit my Aunt Saya.

Depends. Sometimes we go to Maryland to visit relatives, sometimes we go to in-State fishing towns (Seward, Homer, we went to Juneau last year), sometimes we go to Disney World, and I went to Wales once.

Places I would love to go: Australia, Japan, Scotland, Seattle, and British Columbia, among other places.

I'm going to Barbados at Christmas for uncle's wedding. Can't wait!
