| Are you a light sleeper or a heavy one? Has it ever caused you problems before? I'm a really light sleeper. Every time I'm woken, which is quite a lot, it completely knocks out my sleeping pattern and I struggle to get it back. The last time I was woken was about two years ago, when my neighbour decided to blast out music at 4 in the bloody morning. I've now struggled with insomnia ever since. If I do get to sleep at night, I wake up at exactly 4 every morning without fail, but I can also wake up at any time between 1am and 3.30am. | |

| I'm a pretty heavy sleeper, truth be told...and I need at least 6 hours to be able to function in the day.
I hate losing my sleep, it makes me cranky.

Wow! How do you know my mum?! Has anyone tried listening to music to get to sleep? I can't get to sleep without it and as soon as it goes off, that's it! I'm bloody awake again!

| Im a very light sleeper. I could here a mouse sneeze. I could wake up from the smallest of sounds. Its horrible, i have more sleepless nights than anyone else in the house because of it. I woke up on saturday due to my sisters both whispering, the bad thing is they was in the kitchen, i was upstairs in bed, might start wearing ear plugs. Its horrible. | |

Yeah, that's me during the school year. I'm a pretty heavy sleeper in a weird way. Once I fall asleep (which can sometimes take a while), the only things that can wake me are my alarm clock and my door opening. And sometimes the phone, but that leaves me in a daze. I sleep through earth quakes all the time and I've slept through a thunderstorm that was apparently so bad it rattled the windows, but with my alarm or my door, I'm up.
